Refund policy

We will refund any non outlet item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in brand new saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

All items must be returned with all of the tags intact. Any worn or soiled items will not be accepted unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on any of our garments that have underwear (running shorts) if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Please note that any SALE ITEMS purchased at an event, trade show or pop-up store (not online) are non-returnable unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on OUTLET items or gift cards.

Please email us at hello@bordonisport.com to arrange any returns/exchanges and we will confirm the shipping address to return the items.

Faulty items
We are meticulous with our product quality and faults are very rare. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via hello@bordonisport.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can find a solution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund for the approved returned items, to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Shipping Your Return Item
We recommend that you send any returns recorded delivery so that you have proof of postage. Your exchange item and or refund will not be processed until the items have been returned and deemed to be in a new saleable condition.
