Quick & easy smoothie bowl.

Who doesn't love a good smoothie bowl? Quick, easy and bursting with flavour to put a pep in your step at the start of your day!

3 tbsp. flaxseeds
1/2 cup water
1 cup raspberries, frozen
50ml beetroot juice
2 tbsp. natural yogurt
1 tsp. raw cacao nibs

  1. Place the flaxseeds in a small pot, add the boiling water & cook for around 5 mins, until the water turns sticky.
  2. Then take off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Place the raspberries & beetroot juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Add the flaxseeds to the raspberry & beetroot and blend again.
  5. Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top with the yogurt and cocoa nibs.
  6. Serve straight away
